About His Practice:
He has been a long-time active participant in Kansas League of Municipalities and a member of Kansas Municipal Attorney's Assocation. Mr. Hiebert has been practicing for over twenty-six years in the areas of bankruptcy, probate, family, and trust law. Mr. Hiebert serves as a Case Manager and Mediator in domestic and probate courts for Sedgwick County District Court and Saline County District Court.
Professional Profile:
Mr. Hiebert was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1973 after his graduation from the Kansas University School of Law. In addition to his law practice, he has also had an extensive history of service to the bar and his community. He has served on several committees of the Wichita Bar Association including Law Day. In addition, Mr. Hiebert served as chairman of the Pro Bono Committee. He also served from 1993 to 1999 on the Board of the Local Housing Authority for the City of Wichita. Mr. Hiebeet currently serves on the Lawyers Assitance Committe of the Wichita Bar Association.
